Filming wraps this week in Belfast on BBC Three’s Wrecked. The 6 x 45 dark comedy/slasher horror is set aboard a mega cruise ship. Acorn is proud to have supported Director of Photography Ryan Kernaghan with multiple Arri Alexa Mini packages as well as Summilux Lenses.
After the huge success of Series 1 acclaimed BBC drama “Bloodlands” has started its’ 14 week shoot across various locations in Northern Ireland. Once again Acorn is supplying the production with Cameras, Lenses and Grip Packages.
New Channel4 comedy series “Stuck” staring Dylan Moran and Morgana Robinson has just wrapped its 3 week shoot in Belfast. Acorn provided the shoot with Arri Alexa and Sony FX3 camera packages, as well as lens and grip packages.
Channel4 hit Derry Girls has just recently wrapped shooting in Belfast & Derry of its’ third and final series. Acorn supplied the shoot with multiple Arri Alexa packages, lenses, video systems and grip equipment. We are proud to have serviced such a popular local drama over several series.
ITV & Mammoth Screen 4 part re-imagining of the classic novel “The History of Tom Jones” has just wrapped shooting. Acorn we proud to supply Director of Photography David Mackie with: Alexa Mini Packages, Cooke S4i Lenses as well as Grip and Video services.
Filming has started on the BBC3 adaptation of Sally Rooneys’ highly acclaimed novel “Conversations with Friends”. The production will shoot for 20 weeks on ARRICAM 35mm Cameras and K35 Lenses. Acorn are proud to service and support this production as it films in Northern Ireland.
Irish comedy “Frank of Ireland” from Amazon Studios and Channel 4 airs the first of six episodes tonight at 10pm on Channel 4. Acorn proudly supplied all equipment and support to this great production

New BBC3 Comedy “My Left Nut” filmed in Belfast and shot by Director of Photography Damien Elliott is now available on the BBC iPlayer. Acorn provided Damien with Camera and Lens packages for this 3 week shoot.
